Do this quick reset between meetings

Do this 2-minute reset (2x/day):

  • 30 sec: Stand tall, inhale through the nose, exhale long (relax ribs down)

  • 30 sec: Shoulder blade squeeze + release (slow and controlled)

  • 30 sec: Gentle chin tuck (lengthen the back of the neck)

  • 30 sec: Hip hinge stretch (soft knees, hips back, long spine)
