Wellness Wednesday: The 60-Second Breathing Reset (for stress + tension)

If your neck and shoulders feel “up,” start here.

Quick Tip. Real Life. Easy To Use.

One short, practical wellness idea each Wednesday — designed to help you feel better, move better, and stay consistent.

This Week’s Tip: Do this once before you drive, work, or train

Do this 60-second reset (1–3x/day):

  • 10 sec: Sit tall, feet flat, shoulders relaxed.

  • 20 sec: Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds, exhale for 6 seconds (slow).

  • 20 sec: Keep exhale long and feel ribs gently drop down.

  • 10 sec: Finish with a soft chin tuck + long neck.

Why This Works

When stress rises, breathing gets shallow and shoulders creep up. A longer exhale helps reset your system and unload tension from the neck.
