Meet the Providers Who Lead Texas Spine & Injury Center

At Texas Spine & Injury Center, our team is guided by two highly respected chiropractors—Dr. Shane Davidson and Dr. Aaron Smith—who bring decades of combined experience in injury care, spinal rehabilitation, and results-focused patient treatment. Their commitment to evidence-based care, clear documentation, and patient advocacy makes them trusted partners for both patients and referring attorneys. Together, they ensure every individual receives personalized, compassionate, and clinically sound care from the first visit through full recovery.
